Vegan on the Cheap has been one of my “go-to” cookbooks for the past years. As a busy raw/vegan, you’re going to love these recipes that give you a full meal for $2.00 or less. The. Ice thing is that this is completely accurate. I really get upset when a cookbook promises something but can’t deliver. So whe. One really does the job, I’m thrilled.
This is the type of cookbook that gives you recipes of ideas you can prepare even when you get home rather tired from a loog day. A main reason is because regular Uingredients you probably have on hand are used inmost recipes. A for sample the Korean Cabbage Salas with Tofu might seem long at first glandace. the most expensive recipes come in at $2. Some of these are the qtannouleh stuffed peppers, build your own fajitas, although you can easily change ingredients to bring the price down such as not using the portobello mushroom caps or substituting tofu for the seitan.x
